Capitol Management Consulting Services’ (CMCS’) services were recently acquired by a niche technology solutions firm serving the corrections market. As the current market leader, this client has hired CMCS to assist with meeting their strategic goals of bringing their market into the 21st century by updating their e-commerce portal and developing their mobile strategy. Currently, this client is conducting about 75% of their B2C financial transactions via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and call centers. By working with CMCS this client is looking to move that 75% of B2C financial transactions over to its e-commerce site and mobile application.
This client has grown aggressively over the past eight years through Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) from $130M in annual revenue to over $600M annually. CMCS will also work with this client to review existing business processes & systems, advise & support the consolidation and integration of these disparate systems & processes, and create internal controls which will facilitate continuous improvement and the continued growth and success of the company.
